Absolutely dangerous and unprofessional care. I came here with an acute, severe calf injury and inability to bear weight. The doctor suspected a life-threatening blood clot (DVT) and sent me to the hospital for an urgent ultrasound. First, they sent me to the wrong location and second, the staff entered the wrong medical codes on the paperwork, sending me on a literal wild goose chase around the hospital on a severely injured leg. Just a bunch of women who don’t know what they’re doing and who could care less, staff is on their phones 24 seven it seems like. When the hospital caught the error and I called Sea Mar back to fix the code, the staff got angry, defensive, and hung up on me, leaving me stranded in the parking lot with zero updates. This is medical negligence. If you are an uninsured worker who actually needs competent care, avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about patient safety

When I had an injury and tried to make an appointment to see ANY provider, I was told that the next available appointment for me was in August, 3 months out. Thanks for the lousy care.

$600 for blood tests. We had a miscarriage. We asked our OBGYN for an ultrasound 3 times, and he promised that we would get one 3 times. But everytime we arrived to the appointment, he straight up REFUSED to give us an ultrasound and sent us to get blood tests taken instead, ever after fighting to have an ultrasound. Over $200 for a blood test and a 5 minute chat. Are you kidding me ? So now we have to deal with a miscarriage and we're $600 in debt to seamar...

Never ever go to this places. Customer service is bad. No walk in for little infant even thought this places is there primary doctor. I thought primary doctor have to take care what their patients need. Infant got sick they cannot wait for your appointment . Second, even time appointment come if I don’t pick up the phone for confirm it the appointments will be cancel even if you already make appointments with them before. Third, they let you wait so long inside the room for the doctor like one hours or something.

The staff at this location made a lot of trouble to their patients. For example, they only take walk in on COVID-19 vaccines. That means those old people need to come before 6 am and wait on a line outside the building with cold weather and sometimes with rain. My experience is even worse. After more than an hour waiting on a line, they told us they didn't have enough doses for today, you had to come back even earlier tomorrow. Why don't they take appointments at first place? Make fun to those old men and women?
